Do you only work with Real Estate Agents?

What does a Virtual Assistant actually do?
We view our team as Premiere Administrative Assistants––only virtual rather than in-office! Exceptional with their communication, your VA reports to you as an office receptionist would in-person. Unlike standard reception, however, our Virtual Assistants have an expanded skillset. RWA VA’s combine the administrative tasks of data entry and account management with the Executive tasks of timely correspondences and appointment setting. Virtual Assistants also possess the skills of both a Sales Assistant and Marketing Assistant, generating leads, advocating for your business, and optimizing your social media presence. Our VA's are trained in the more common CRM's and work directly in your CRM, slotting right into your workflow. Our experience and expertise enables us to strengthen and bolster your follow up and nurture systems.
Will I be working with a whole team of people?
Your Virtual Assistant is just that––one individual committed to being your go-to advocate and aid. After speaking to our management team to determine the personalized assistance best suited to your needs, RavelWorks will pair you with one of our seasoned VA’s. This Virtual Assistant will not only work for you but will act as liaison between yourself and your leads.
How do I reach out to my VA if I need them?
We work within the parameters you’ve set for yourself and your business. This means that your Virtual Assistant will communicate with you using whichever method you prefer––phone call, text, email, Zoom, WhatsApp, you name it! At the start of each week, your VA will send you their schedule to notify you of their availability and shift hours.
Should you need to reach your VA after their scheduled hours, never fear! Our management team is always available to take on any sudden tasks––ensuring the work-life balance of both your VA and you!
If business is booming and you feel it’s time to increase your Virtual Assistant’s hours, simply reach out to us! We’re happy to facilitate an hourly increase or find you an assistant that has the availability you’re looking for. We’re here to tailor our services to your growing needs!
Where are you Virtual Assistants located?
RavelWorks Assist believes in the importance of sourcing our employees from the US, ensuring control, quality, and security. While there are many Virtual Assisting services available, the majority of them have been outsourced to the Philippines or India––leaving a significant gap in communication and control between yourself and your assistant. While it may be less expensive to operate with a foreign VA team, RWA believes these savings come at the cost of quality aid and assistance.
At RavelWorks, we vet our employees for their professional experience, speaking and reading comprehension, and familiarity with your service area. Our team of VAs spans the nation––meaning you’ll not only have an assistant who can pick up on your area’s cultural nuances, but an assistant who’s working in your time zone––rather than across an ocean.
What does a typical workday look like for my Virtual Assistant?
Your assistant begins their shift by logging into your CRM and taking note of any fresh activity (new leads, inbound texts and emails, and ad monitoring). If requested, they’ll send you a message to alert you of their presence in your platform. From here, your VA begins contacting your leads––sending reports, making calls, and even skip tracing for accurate contact information that’ll help them communicate with your leads.
While your Virtual Assistant’s main goal is to make connections and set In-Person appointments, we find that it’s just as valuable to connect with your clientele on a personal level and find those Warm & Nurture Leads that other VA services overlook.
In this digital age, advertisement is everywhere and it’s far too easy to leave leads with an impersonable impression. RWA strives to break this pattern through our VA’s empathetic, engaging, and earnest communication. We seek to deliver attentive service that keeps your leads coming back for more––all from your VA’s home office!
How many hours does my VA work per week?
Your Virtual Assistant initially works 10 hours per week––two hours per day––directly from your CRM, meaning you’ll always have access to the detailed notes left after each lead interaction.
Should you find that this isn’t enough time to achieve your goals and you’d like to increase your VA’s hours, simply reach out to RWA management! We’re happy to help.
If my VA is in a different part of the State than me, won’t my leads reject their calls?
RWA Virtual Assistants are connected to our calling service––meaning they have the ability to request a local phone number to reach leads in your area. This way, your California clients won’t receive incoming calls from a Texas number and vice versa.
